Compact design, lower friction and even better performance: Specifically developed for high-performance drives and traction drives requiring a high degree of stiffness, the innovative BRECOFLEXmove polyurethane timing belt can transmit up to 30% higher peripheral force.

This allows the design of belt drives that are 30% more compact. Depending on the pulley diameter, considerable costs can be saved by using narrower pulleys.

This is achieved by the newly developed steel cord tension members, the tooth flank geometry optimised using the finite element method (FEM), and the laminate tooth facing. The result: higher performance and less friction in a smaller space.

The BRECOmove timing belt, which is sold by the metre, has a particular strength in linear technology applications. Thanks to the very high belt stiffness, it offers impressively dynamic running characteristics with short release times and high positioning accuracy.
